So much of what we do is based on trust. I am proud to be able to telephone any funeral director in Britain and totally rely on their word that they will assist me in the manner requested at exactly the time requested and at a fair price. I have almost a lifetime of doing this around Britain and of course, have assisted other funeral directors in a similar way when asked. The rotten Mr Sage is but one rogue in our midst, the tiniest blot on an otherwise decent landscape. Regrettably our law allows him to get away with his dodgy activities as a lifestyle choice.
